Phase Eight Privacy Policy Phase Eight is strongly committed to protecting your privacy, and this page sets out our policy on the use of personal data. Your application information will be destroyed after six months (unless you are successful in your employment application in which case any application information will be added to your personnel file). If you wish for your information to be kept for a period of more than six months, please re-send your application. How is my information used? Your information will not be accessible to third parties and will not be distributed to anyone outside of Phase Eight. If any vacancies arise within Phase Eight that we feel you would be suitable for we will contact you to discuss these. Who sees my personal information? Phase Eight HR staff and any management involved in recruiting for the position you are applying for, or other positions we feel you may be suitable for. Are cookies used to store and track information about me? Phase Eight does not collect any personal information within cookies whilst you visit the career pages of our website. If you are a registered customer and you log on to the Phase Eight website before visiting our careers pages, cookies would show that you had visited the site but would not collect any additional personal information about you. |
