
| Online Marketing Manager
Reporting to: IT and E-Commerce Director
Direct reports: Online Marketing Executive
Job Purpose: To develop the web based presence of the Phase Eight brand, with the main focus on increasing sales through innovative email and web based campaigns.
Principal Accountabilities:
| • | Creation of weekly email campaigns, delivered to in-house customer database; | | • | Manage affiliate program; | | • | Liaise with concession partners to enhance sales through these channels; | | • | Drive additional traffic to the website; | | • | Drive growth of in house online database; | | • | Enhance sales through identifying and implementing online marketing initiatives; | | • | Work with the Brand Director to ensure brand consistency and integrity; |
| • | Responsible for the creation of Marketing Copy; |
| • | Monitor competitor activity and ensuring the brand maintains a competitive edge |
Experience
Essential
| • | Experience in online marketing within a fashion retail environment; | | • | Proficient in all Microsoft packages; | | • | Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver; | | • | Competent in managing email campaigns and web based promotions from start up to execution; |
| • | Excellent decision making and analytical skills; |
| • | Creative and innovative; |
| • | Attention to detail and high level of accuracy are crucial; |
| • | Proactive with problem solving attitude and ability to work on own initiative; |
| • | Enthusiastic with a friendly and flexible manner; |
| • | An excellent team player with strong work ethic. |
