Online Marketing Manager

Reporting to: IT and E-Commerce Director

Direct reports: Online Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:
To develop the web based presence of the Phase Eight brand, with the main focus on increasing sales through innovative email and web based campaigns.

Principal Accountabilities:

Creation of weekly email campaigns, delivered to in-house customer database;
Manage affiliate program;
Liaise with concession partners to enhance sales through these channels;
Drive additional traffic to the website;
Drive growth of in house online database;
Enhance sales through identifying and implementing online marketing initiatives;
Work with the Brand Director to ensure brand consistency and integrity;
Responsible for the creation of Marketing Copy;
Monitor competitor activity and ensuring the brand maintains a competitive edge


Experience


Essential

Experience in online marketing within a fashion retail environment;
Proficient in all Microsoft packages;
Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver;
Competent in managing email campaigns and web based promotions from start up to execution;
Excellent decision making and analytical skills;
Creative and innovative;
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy are crucial;
Proactive with problem solving attitude and ability to work on own initiative;
Enthusiastic with a friendly and flexible manner;
An excellent team player with strong work ethic.


Advantageous

Experience working on Neolane;
Affiliate Program Management experience;
Experience working with Google Analytics and Google AdWords;
