The Role

• To provide an exemplary shopping environment and excellent customer service to all Phase Eight customers
• To maximise profits through maintaining and increasing sales
• To set and maintain branch standards of service and security
• To manage, motivate and develop a team
• To be aware of, and respond to, changes in your customer base and competitor activity
• To drive promotions and local marketing activity
• To maintain the highest level of visual merchandising presentation
• To adhere to and promote stock control procedures

The Person

• Superb selling and customer service skills
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Previous experience of leading a team, ideally within a fashion retail environment
• Flexible attitude
