Store and concessions returns policy

Phase Eight (Stand Alone) Stores

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your purchase to a Phase Eight store and we will exchange, credit or refund.

For full priced items, please return the garment to us unworn within 28 days, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Sale items will either be exchanged or a gift card given, within 10 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Swimwear must be returned with the protective seal intact.

Items purchased from the Bridal Collection must be returned to the store of original purchase.

When purchased from a Phase Eight store an item must be returned to a Phase Eight store.


Concessions

Items purchased from a Phase Eight concession within a department store can only be returned to a Phase Eight concession in the same type of department store.
